Description

Operations is the beating heart of Amazon. This key part of our business makes sure we fulfill and dispatch orders efficiently so that our customers get their items on time. As Network losses PM, you’ll be working in collaboration with Operations and Central NL teams in identifying gaps while keeping strong control on losses triggered by operations utilizing tech, tools and metrics developed by ROW central program.

Key job responsibilities
– Work closely with the central NL program team to implement tech enablement, standardization of metrics, processes, and review mechanisms.
– Analyze deviations from ideal processes in the aim of and develop strategies to minimize losses triggered by operational misses.
– Drive coordination with operational leaders and partners, utilizing tools and metrics developed by the central program.
– Break down loss buckets by assignable causes and develop input metrics to track and improve performance.
– Revamp reporting mechanism to consolidate all reporting platform under 1 singel platform leveraging AI in order to facilitate and raise the bar deep dive
– Represent Operations NL losses in WBR/MBR cadences and and collaborate on improvement initiatives with wider stakeholders outside operations
– Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities in network loss reduction to senior management.
– Adapt and implement best practices from other markets to the local context.

Basic Qualifications

– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
