Overview
Description
Lead the development and implementation of automation tools and GenAI initiatives to optimize GSF operations
Design and deploy data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency
Analyze complex datasets to identify optimization opportunities and develop predictive models for capacity planning
Create and maintain dashboards and reporting systems for operational metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement technical solutions for warehouse management
Drive process improvements through technical innovation and data analysis
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for technology implementations
Technical Skills Required:
Strong proficiency in Python programming and SQL
Experience with data science and machine learning techniques
Ability to develop and maintain ETL pipelines
Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Understanding of warehouse management systems and supply chain technologies
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS preferred)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in process optimization and automation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of relevant experience in technology and operations
Proven track record of implementing technical solutions in operations environment
Experience with agile methodologies and project management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Basic Qualifications
– 3+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience
– 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
