Description
MENA Retail team is looking for a customer centric Program Manager to lead the Retail Selection Programs. This person will own all the initiatives and projects aimed to speed up selection addition and conversion across the funnel.
To be successful in this role you must have strong stakeholder and people manager capabilities and superior analytical, problem-solving and project management skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, and taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives.
Key job responsibilities
· Responsible of all projects and initiatives aim to speed up selection addition and conversion
· Fully own selection goals across MENA (setting, tracking and owning them)
· Interact with leaders across business organization, support and technical teams to develop selection initiatives
· Identify selection growth opportunities and build the programs and required processes to realize them
· Transform customer insights into projects, features and processes that increase and diversify the selection of products offered by Retail
· Establish and track selection growth goals, the supporting business metrics and success indicators
· Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
· Analyze data, interpret reports and information, and publish recommendations and action plans for stakeholders
· Identify drivers of business problems and trends at their root and implement scalable solutions to resolve them
Basic Qualifications
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
