Overview
DESCRIPTION
We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our cross-border commerce initiatives, focusing on developing and optimizing solutions that enable seamless international transactions and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the product strategy and roadmap for cross-border commerce solutions, including payments, logistics, and compliance
Analyze international markets and identify opportunities for product expansion and optimization
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different regions to ensure product alignment with local requirements
Define product requirements and work closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions
Monitor and optimize key metrics related to cross-border conversion rates, transaction success, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focusing on international/cross-border products
Strong understanding of international e-commerce, payment systems, and regulatory requirements
Experience with international logistics, customs, and trade compliance
Proven track record of launching successful products in multiple markets
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
Arabic, Turkish or Africans is required
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of multiple languages and cultures
Experience with payment gateways, currency conversion, and international banking systems
Understanding of international tax regulations and compliance requirements
Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Technical Knowledge:
Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
Understanding of API integrations and technical architecture
Knowledge of international shipping and logistics systems
Familiarity with compliance and risk management tools
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of product management experience
– Experience managing technical products or online services
– Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
– Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
