Overview
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Cross Border program manager to develop and implement strategic pricing initiatives for international markets while ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain pricing strategies for cross-border transactions across multiple regions
• Analyze market conditions, competition, and economic factors to optimize pricing decisions
• Monitor and evaluate exchange rate fluctuations and their impact on pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and international tax laws
• Collaborate with sales teams to establish competitive pricing models for different markets
• Create and maintain pricing tools, models, and documentation
• Partner with finance, legal, and customs teams to address complex pricing scenarios
• Conduct regular price performance analysis and prepare reports for management
• Recommend pricing adjustments based on market dynamics and business objectives
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations and transfer pricing principles
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with pricing software
• Knowledge of international tax laws and customs regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree in related field
• Experience with ERP systems and pricing tools
• Multiple language proficiency
• Professional certification in pricing or related field
• Experience in specific regional markets (APAC, EMEA, LATAM)
