IBCP Coordinator- August 2026

Successful candidates will need to:

• Be a passionate IB specialist with experience of IB programmes, ideally the IBCP
• Have proven leadership experience within a Post 16 / Secondary setting
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of IB standards, assessment and programme delivery
• Be able to lead, develop and promote the IBCP across the school
• Have experience of student guidance, academic counselling and pathways support
• Be confident in leading core components including Reflective Project, PPS and Community Engagement
• Possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Be committed to collaboration, staff development and mentoring
• Have a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Be aligned with whole-school values and contribute positively to school life
