Job Description

Skills
Successful candidates will need to:
- Be a passionate IB specialist with experience of IB programmes, ideally the IBCP
- Have proven leadership experience within a Post 16 / Secondary setting
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of IB standards, assessment and programme delivery
- Be able to lead, develop and promote the IBCP across the school
- Have experience of student guidance, academic counselling and pathways support
- Be confident in leading core components including Reflective Project, PPS and Community Engagement
- Possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to collaboration, staff development and mentoring
- Have a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Be aligned with whole-school values and contribute positively to school life
