Description

Amazon seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives focused on selection and core exports for cross-border commerce, particularly in non-footprint countries. This role will lead complex programs to expand international product selection, optimize export processes, and enhance delivery experiences for regional customers.

Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute programs to expand international selection for customers in non-footprint countries, ensuring alignment with Amazon’s global expansion strategy.
Collaborate with global teams across product, engineering, operations, and finance to optimize core export processes and improve cross-border delivery efficiency.
Enhance the cross-border customer experience through data-driven improvements, addressing pain points and influencing product roadmaps.
Partner with stakeholders to innovate solutions that enable seamless shopping experiences for customers worldwide, including localized features and payment options.
Lead cross-functional efforts to scale services in new markets, balancing speed, cost, and customer impact.

Basic Qualifications

– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
