DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Category Manager to lead the recruitment and development of strategic Selling Partners on Amazon. In this role, you will drive key business and operational initiatives aimed at fostering sustainable growth within your product category.

Operating in a fast-paced business development environment, you will be responsible for acquiring new Selling Partners who offer a competitive assortment of products, pricing, and availability for Amazon customers. Additionally, you will collaborate with existing Selling Partners to support and expand their business on the platform.

A critical part of your role will involve gathering and incorporating Selling Partner feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing Amazon’s products, services, tools, and systems. This will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions.

Key job responsibilities
– Develop relationships with strategic Selling Partners to enhance their success on Amazon
– Create and implement growth strategies based on market analysis and customer insights
– Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
– Lead program initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
– 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, B2B account management, and project management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
– Proficiency in Arabic
