Description

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex datasets from multiple sources into meaningful, actionable reports that drive business outcomes. You will uncover root-cause insights, identify trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations that directly influence decision-making.
Working in close partnership with Learning & Development teams, you will provide analytical expertise to support strategic initiatives, measure program effectiveness, and enable the business to operate with greater precision and impact.
Key job responsibilities
– Develop and maintain data collection processes and data management systems
– Design and execute SQL queries to compile, transform, and generate reports
– Create visualizations — charts, graphs, and dashboards (Tableau, QuickSight) — to support business decision-making and dive-deep activities
– Build automation solutions using Python to streamline recurring analyses
– Prepare and publish reports for business reviews (WBR, QBR, project updates)
– Partner with leadership to interpret data trends and provide actionable recommendations
– Conduct in-depth research into defect trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
– Perform data collection, entry, and mining as needed to support operational goals
– Translate complex analyses into clear, digestible standard reports
– Support Learning team projects with analytical expertise and data-driven insights
Basic Qualifications
– Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
– Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

– Speak, write, and read fluently in English
