Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized self-starter to join as a Program Manager for the Last Mile team to support Pricing and Profitability charter in AMET. This person will own the development of effective pricing strategies by monitoring market dynamics, competitor behavior, and macroeconomic indicators in Logistics and Quick Commerce, and building indicator mechanisms that enable capacity planning / pricing team to proactively act. This person will obsess about accountability mechanisms and data accuracy. He/She will support the delivery of the roadmap for the programs or metrics, manage and create closed-loop mechanisms, and reduce defects.
This role will play a critical part in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights that serve as the foundation for pricing /Profitability decisions across different cities and business lines. He/she will influence multiple stakeholders with ground-truth metrics from the data source to the field. This role is critical to develop a backed data strategy and expand our footprint sustainably in the region.
He/she will investigate partners’ anecdotes, keeping a sharp eye where experience does not match the data. We are seeking bar-raising candidates who are able to excel in a dynamic environment and navigate complexity with confidence. He/she will required a strong business acumen, data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will define key business questions and build solutions that answer them. This role requires balancing detailed understanding of our business operations.
Key job responsibilities
1. Pricing Strategy Development: Design and implement pricing models and frameworks for delivery operations, ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining profitability targets
2. Market Analysis: Conduct detailed market assessments including wage reviews, CPI/PPI analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform pricing decisions
3. Rate Card Management: Develop and maintain city-specific rate cards with itemized breakdowns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with local market conditions
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with BD/BC, Finance, Operations, Strategy, DPM, and Partner Management teams to align on pricing initiatives and program offers
5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze earning targets, DA utilization metrics, attrition patterns, and retention data to optimize pricing structures
6. Stakeholder Management: Present pricing proposals and recommendations to senior leadership for approval and implementation
Basic Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Preferred Qualifications
– 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
– 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience in econometrics (e.g., program evaluation, forecasting, time series, panel data, or high dimensional problems), economic theory, and quantitative methods
