DESCRIPTION
Amazon is seeking a talented and passionate Product Manager to join our Cross-Border E-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving onsite merchandising, promotions, and marketing activities for our international customers shopping across borders. You will work closely with global teams to create seamless shopping experiences that delight customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the product marketing strategy for cross-border onsite merchandising, promotions, and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with international teams to identify and implement best practices for localizing the shopping experience
• Design and launch innovative promotional campaigns that resonate with cross-border shoppers
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform product decisions and optimize the cross-border shopping journey
• Partner with engineering teams to build and enhance features that support cross-border merchandising and promotions
• Work with business intelligence teams to develop metrics and KPIs for measuring the success of cross-border initiatives
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to international regulations and Amazon policies
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple regions and functions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in product management, product marketing preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with international e-commerce or cross-border trade
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools
• Understanding of different cultural contexts and their impact on shopping behaviors
• Demonstrated ability to launch successful products or features in multiple international markets
