DESCRIPTION

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager in the 3P -External Fulfillment Prime organization in Dubai to focus on “speed of delivery” that our customers experience in MENA.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating projects and initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective delivery experience and speed for our prime channel. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the day-to-day strategy and operations of speed programs. Key job responsibilities
– Develop and implement speed improvement programs and initiatives in line with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and develop innovative solutions to improve speed of delivery
– Monitor and analyze speed data, trends, and seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
– Articulate business and technical requirements to effect process changes
– Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices that can help enhance speed

A day in the life
As the owner of MENA- 3P EF Prime “speed of delivery”, you will be at the forefront of driving the experience customers receive both in current state as well as for years to come. You will partner across multiple organizations to forecast, improve “speed of delivery” that our customers experience. This role will require heightened communication skills and stakeholder management to ensure we are providing the best possible Delivery Speed viable.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
