Job Description & Summary
Our Valuations team is growing, and we’re looking for a Director to lead success in the UAE and the Middle East. As the market expands, there are great opportunities for both individual and team growth. We’re seeking a passionate leader with experience in valuations and team management. The Middle East is experiencing rapid growth in M&A, IPO listings, and transaction volumes, aligned with ambitious government targets.
As a key member of our Valuations team, you’ll deliver independent valuations that enhance deal value and improve financial transparency.

This role is based in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai or Abu Dhabi).

Prior experience in the Energy, Utilities, & Resources sector within a Transaction Services environment is required.
The Role:
As a Director, you’ll lead a team of experts to help clients address complex business challenges. Your key responsibilities include:

Performing enterprise and equity valuations using various methods

Conducting purchase price allocations and intangible asset valuations under IFRS standards

Reviewing third-party valuation reports and providing expert opinions

Presenting findings to internal teams and senior clients

Leading valuation teams, managing projects, and mentoring junior staff

Collaborating across services to deliver comprehensive projects

Developing proposals to secure new business

Staying updated on technical and market trends
Requirements:

12+ years of valuation experience, with a focus on Energy, Utilities, & Resources
-
CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification

Strong leadership and communication skills

Expertise in valuation models, financial databases (e.g., S&P Capital IQ), and financial modeling in Excel
-
Ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects
