Overview Of The Role:
- The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient front-desk operations. This role is critical in maintaining the company’s professional image through excellent customer service and organizational skills. The Receptionist supports day-to-day administrative activities, coordinates with internal teams, and contributes to a seamless interaction between the customers and the Aftersales division, facilitating a positive customer experience.
What You Will Do:
Meeting and Visitor Coordination
- Ensure meetings are scheduled effectively.
- Assist visitors with access, seating, and refreshments without delays.
Front Desk Operations
- Greet visitors and callers professionally.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Customer Service Excellence
- Obtain positive feedback from visitors and staff.
- Resolve issues promptly and courteously.
Communication Management
- Direct calls and inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Relay messages in a timely manner.
Administrative Support
- Complete required reports, correspondence, and documentation accurately and submit them on time.
Record and Data Maintenance
- Keep visitor logs, contact lists, and internal records accurate, up-to-date, and confidential.
Support to Aftersales Operations
- Coordinate between reception and the Aftersales team to contribute to smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy front-desk environment.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a front-desk, customer service, or administrative role, ideally within an automotive or service-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) with strong organizational and time-management skills.
