How You’ll Contribute
- Leading financial due diligence engagements for transactions in the consumer markets sector
- Managing end-to-end deal processes, including scoping, planning, and delivering high-quality reports
- Providing insights on key financial drivers, risks, and opportunities to support client decision-making
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients
- Driving business development initiatives and contributing to sector growth strategy
- Coaching and mentoring team members to develop technical and leadership capabilities
- Collaborating across Deals and Advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Ensuring compliance with PwC quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Leveraging digital tools and analytics to enhance efficiency and insights
- Representing PwC in market forums and thought leadership activities
What You’ll Bring
- 12+ years of experience within the M&A space focusing on financial due diligence, with significant exposure to the consumer markets sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA
- Strong technical experience in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence
- Understanding the processes in due diligence work including dealing with risk management processes and procedures
- Previous experience working in the GCC is a plus
- Previous experience working on the largest SWFs is a plus
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to deliver significant business results that reflect strategic and creative thinking and individual initiative
- Eager to develop internal and external networks, and willingness to adopt a business development mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and foster an inclusive culture
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Your flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required. Where possible, we will take your preferences into account and strike a balance between meeting your career development/personal needs and those of the business and our clients
