Our Deals practice helps clients navigate complex transactions, from strategy through execution. We provide insights and solutions that enable organizations to create value, manage risks, and achieve sustainable growth in a dynamic market environment.
The Transaction Services team specializes in financial due diligence, supporting clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments. We deliver rigorous analysis and actionable insights to help clients make informed decisions and maximize deal value.
As a Financial Due Diligence Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Analyzing historical and forecast financial performance, working capital, and cash flows
- Identifying key deal issues, risks, and value drivers to inform negotiations
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Coordinating with tax, legal, and other advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Preparing high-quality reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Coaching and developing junior team members to build technical and leadership capabilities
- Driving quality, efficiency, and innovation in engagement delivery
- Contributing to business development activities, including proposals and thought leadership
- Upholding PwC’s values and fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture
- 6–8 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or related advisory roles
- Extensive experience in financial due diligence and transaction advisory for Consumer Markets sector clients
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA
- Strong technical knowledge of financial analysis, accounting standards, and valuation principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- High level of adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Your flexibility to travel up to 40% of the time. This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis, and frequent overnight stays may be required.
