Job overview:
As part of the Direct Tax Technology Team, you will join a team of skilled tax and technology professionals focused on standardizing and enhancing tax-related data and processes through innovative technology solutions.
Your responsibilities will include improving and optimizing client internal processes related to direct taxes, identifying relevant data points in client data sources and aiding in the selection and integration of the most suitable technology solutions, whether through ERP/EPM system enhancements or specialized add-on solutions like Orbitax or Oracle Tax Provisioning.
You will help design and implement tools and processes specific to BEPS Pillar Two and Corporate Tax needs while collaborating closely with our global network of tax advisory and consulting teams. This role demands a proactive, innovative mindset and a commitment to delivering cutting-edge tax technology solutions to some of the most challenging taxes.
About you:
- 
Minimum 2 years or relevant working experience either in accounting or technology and finance. 
- 
You have a good understanding of accounting and overall direct tax processes. 
- 
Knowledge of the data requirements and the associated challenges, and be able to articulate this to clients and internal stakeholders. 
- 
Discuss the different solutions and how to use ancillary technology to automate/streamline the process. 
- 
Experience with using or implementing direct tax technology is a bonus: Oracle TRCS, Longview, OneSource, OneStream, Orbitax, SAP PaPm, Anaplan or similar solutions. 
- 
You are able to bridge the gap between IT and Tax professionals tackling complex issues in a simple and understandable way. 
- 
Ability to analyze complex tax issues, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop innovative tax technology solutions to address them. 
- 
Given the evolving nature of tax regulations and technology trends, the candidate should demonstrate a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies. 
- 
Experience in Pillar Two data and technology projects is required. 
- 
You are a team player who loves collaborating with people from around the world. 
- 
You are fluent in English.
