Role  Snr Pursuit & Proposals Coordinator  (3-5yrs experience required) 

Overall summary 

As a Pursuit & Proposals Senior Coordinator you will proactively support the Pursuit & Proposals Leader in executing the strategy to develop, enhance and grow the Pursuit & Proposals function across the region. Key aspects of this role include the ongoing the development of processes, collateral, communications, knowledge management, feedback and quality, training, and reporting 

 

Key responsibilities 

– Supporting the function Lead to develop and coordinate key initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the Pursuit & Proposals function  

– Engaging with the teams you work with, and other stakeholders, in a professional and appropriate manner, modifying behavior to build trusting relationships where required 

– Managing the operational requirements of the function to support and manage an efficient delivery of services 

– Execute standardized proposal processes, ensuring best practice in all deliverables 

 

 

Scope 

– Champion Salesforce adoption, manage the Proposal Tracker, and support leadership in the functions reporting requirements 

– Draft presentations and supporting documents for leadership as required 

– Manage and maintain the TLS Pursuit & Proposal SharePoint site with relevant and up-to-date materials, including content and tools 

Champion Pursuit 2.0 and co-ordinate the rollout and adoption across TLS 

– Collaborate with C&M Strategy & Operations to coordinate and capture relevant Post Decision Review materials 

– Support and coordinate special projects that will deliver value added services to TLS such as automation and the use of AI, as directed by the function lead 

– Actively participate in the broader TLS Clients & Markets community and with other Pursuit & Proposal teams across the Firm 

 

 

Requirements 

Minimum three years’ experience in an Operations, BD, Sales, or Marketing role (preferably in a professional services environment) 

Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing discipline, Management, Business Administration or similar 

 

 

Knowledge and skills 

Strong project management and organisational skills and ability to work at pace with accuracy to meet deadlines in a sometimes-challenging environment  

Strong verbal and communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English, proficiency in Arabic is an advantage 

Strong analytical skills, and proficiency in data collection and reporting tools e.g., excel Alteryx, Power BI, Reporting Dashboards, Tableau, Salesforce etc. 

Experience using M365 suite of tools, strong formatting skills and ability to present content on a page that is appealing and easy to comprehend with optimal layout eg editing large blocks of text and the use of visuals/ graphics to convey the message 

Solid understanding of and competency in Digital Acumen
