Overview
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or another Science-related field
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the food industry, hospitality, hygiene, quality assurance, or quality management systems
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Good organizational and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage (but not a requirement)
Responsibilities:
Conduct and coordinate and supervise food vehicle inspections
Prepare/review technical reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with relevant hygiene and quality standards/DM food Code
Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities as required
Support day-to-day technical and operational activities as assigned and Multitasking
