Job Description

GEMS Winchester Private School Fujairah is seeking a qualified and passionate Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to students, fostering their academic, social, and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer counseling services to students on academic, personal, and social matters.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote student well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student success.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in counseling.

Skills

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • preferably based in UAE and willing to relocate to Fujairah.
