Job Description

          Collaborate with classroom teachers to design and implement inclusive strategies that meet the diverse learning needs of students with SEN.

          Provide differentiated instruction and support to individuals or small groups of students, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

          Conduct assessments to identify students with SEN and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SEN team and parents.

          Work closely with parents, teachers, and external specialists to create a collaborative support network for students with SEN.

          Implement evidence-based interventions and accommodations to address diverse learning needs.

          Stay updated on best practices, research, and advancements in the field of special education and inclusion.

          Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes a sense of belonging for all students.

Skills

       B.Ed. /M.Ed. in Special Education

       Minimum Two Years Experience as SEN Teacher/Coordinator

       The ability to share your outstanding practice

       A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom

       Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents

       A proven track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning

       An aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
