The xLoS Solution Architect is responsible for developing the overall solution including the development of solutions that span multiple lines of service which are non-traditional (industry specific/bespoke). This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions, driving operational excellence, supporting market activation, and delivering enhanced value for clients

The xLoS Solution Architect is responsible for developing the overall solution including the development of solutions that span multiple lines of service which are non-traditional (industry specific/bespoke). This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions, driving operational excellence, supporting market activation, and delivering enhanced value for clients .
Roles and Responsibilities:

Develops and executes the cross line of service solutioning strategy for Managed Services offerings, aligned with business objectives and industry best practices

Leads and takes accountability for the solution he/she is responsible for. Work with team of technical professionals, architects and support staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration to maximize efficiency and effectiveness

Identifies opportunities for collaboration and integration across multiple Lines of Service

Leads the design and development of integrated solutions that cater to the unique needs of multiple Lines of Service

Ensures alignment of solutions with business requirements and compliance standards

Collaborates closely with clients to understand their cross-functional requirements and deliver tailored solutions

Provides expert advice and recommendations to clients to optimize their business processes

Provides technical leadership and guidance to multiple stakeholders across the business

Stays updated with emerging changes and trends to drive continuous improvement in solutioning approaches

Identifies potential risks and challenges related to cross line of service solutioning and implementing effective mitigation strategies

Fosters strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and technology teams, to promote effective collaboration

Acts as a point of contact for cross line of service solutioning queries and discussions

Required Language Skills:
Proficient in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus
Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degre / Business Management / master’s degree, Business Management / Administration or equivalent from an accredited university
Certifications (e.g. PMP) is desirable
Minimum years experience required
Minimum of 12 years of professional work experience with a proven portfolio of projects in solution management across various industries either from BPO/ outsourcing projects/ Shared Services, preferably in the Middle East, and experience in managing and leading teams
