Overview Of The Role:

• The Service Advisor acts as the face of the brand and division, acting as a liaison between customers and the automotive service department. They are responsible for maintaining customer relations, ensuring a seamless and engaging aftersales experience that promotes customer retention and contributes to revenue goals. This highly interpersonal role requires building trust with customers, ensuring that their service queries are answered effectively and ensuring that vehicles are serviced correctly and on time.

What You Will Do:

Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Actively engage with customers through consultation on their needs and service requirements.
• Effectively manage customer complaints to satisfactory closure.
• Ensure customer is provided detailed explanation of all work performed and associated costs.

Sales and Revenue Achievement

• Achieve financial objectives by upselling and managing discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure timely progress updates and maintain on-time delivery commitment.
• Active compliance to all Standard Operating Procedures, Company policies, and Distributor Programs.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Excellent customer handling skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Technical proficiency in automotive service processes.
• Ability to work extended hours to meet targets and deliver commitments.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a service advisor role.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to speak fluent English and basic Arabic.
