GEMS Royal Dubai School is vibrant, Premium British School (currently FS1 – Year 7), expanding to Year 8 in September 2025 and growing annually to Year 13With 850 students on roll from over 48 nationalities, GEMS Royal Dubai School is a family-feel school with exceptionally high standards and is fully accredited as a World-Class High Performance Learning School.  

 

Due to growth, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate,UK trained individual to join our Inclusion and teaching team for September 2025. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, have proven success in driving standards and be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all. Job Purpose: 

To teach and lead inclusion acrossKey Stage 3 (growing into Key Stage 4 and 5) enabling an outstanding, holistic, and dynamic experience for our students which lead to exceptionally high outcomes.  

 

Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

Be committed to the pursuit of excellence for all learners, including those with additional needs, high performing students and English Language learners. 

Demonstrate very strong knowledge of inclusion and practice across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5, including alternative pathways.

Skills

Must hold a SENDCO or Inclusion Qualification

Must have a PGCE including QTS

Proven strong knowledge of inclusion across key stage 3, 4 and 5, including alternative pathways
