Overview of the role:
We are looking for a results-driven Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative for the CMC Van Division. You will actively seek out and engage customer prospects, providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

What you will do:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing the profitability of the business by focusing on both net sales and gross margin earnings.
  • Contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within your designated territory.
  • Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships, ensuring top customer satisfaction levels.
  • Qualify customers by understanding their requirements and interests, matching them to various models.
  • Demonstrate trucks by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features, offering test drives, and explaining warranties and services.
  • Write sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork in accordance with established business policies.
  • Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
  • Attend all sales meetings, modular training sessions, and refresher courses that introduce new products, keeping the Sales Manager or Brand Manager informed if additional training is required.
  • Provide sales management information by completing reports.
  • Ensure monthly overdue payments are within the agreed target.

Required skills to be successful:

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial vehicle sales role at a dealership.
  • Experience in light commercial van and pickup sales in the UAE preferred.
  • Strong experience with commercial automotive sales.
  • Familiarity with the UAE market, mainly in the Dubai area, preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to solving complex problems.
  • Outgoing and service-oriented attitude.
  • Solid time management and analytical skills.
  • Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
