Overview of the role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager – Eicher Buses to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for boosting sales in government and fleet sectors, promoting Eicher Buses in the UAE, and building strong connections with key players. This role is essential in expanding Eicher Buses’ market presence and driving sales in the Private, Schools, and Government segments.
What you will do
- Achieve monthly unit sales targets for Eicher Buses.
- Collaborate with the head of sales and product manager to set monthly and quarterly objectives by model.
- Develop a robust forecasting strategy for accurate weekly sales and gross margin forecasts.
- Measure, monitor, and compare sales progression, taking appropriate actions to ensure the sales plan is achieved.
Required skills to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in Heavy Commercial Vehicles. UAE experience is an added advantage.
- Strong project management, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial awareness and business acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
About the team
You will be part of a dedicated team within the Buses department, working closely with the Sales Manager – Eicher Buses. The team is committed to achieving sales targets and expanding the market presence of Eicher Buses in the UAE.
