How You’ll Contribute
As a [Training Solutions Design Manager], you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide L&D expertise and consultancy to clients on learning journeys and solutions

Understand client needs and objectives from account managers to inform the design of customized learning solutions.

Develop innovative and effective learning solutions, methodologies, and approaches tailored to client requirements.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to plan and deliver engaging learning experiences.

Conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, discovery workshops, and evaluations to design and then measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.

Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition and competitive advantage of our learning solutions.

Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning solutions and processes through feedback and innovative ideas.

Maintain documentation and records related to solution deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

Ensure the solutions are visually appealing and convey information through a compelling storyline
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or Professional Qualification in Business, HR, L&D or a related field is preferred.

4-5 years of experience designing and delivering learning solutions, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment

Instructional Design, Human Resources, CIPD, ATD, L&D, AI in L&D or a related field is preferred

Proven experience in designing and delivering learning solutions, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, proposal design and elements, and learning technologies.

Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in changing environments

Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in learning and development.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic required.
