DESCRIPTION
Amazon is seeking an EF Prime Analyst in the 3P -External Fulfillment Prime organization in Dubai to focus on delivering best in class “prime” customers experience in MENA.
As an EF Prime Analyst, you will be involved in planning, implementing, and evaluating projects and initiatives, ensuring high prime CX for our channel. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the day-to-day strategy and operations for the channel. If you have a passion for data driven analysis, delivery experience, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives, we encourage you to apply.
Key job responsibilities
Deep dive and drive initiatives in line with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and develop innovative solutions
Monitor and analyze data, trends, and seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
Articulate business and technical requirements to effect process changes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of program/project management or business analyst experience
1+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
1+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of driving data based analysis and recommendations
1+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
