Primary Music Teacher – August 2025

GEMS Winchester School is seeking an experienced, dynamic and talented Primary Music Teacher to join our team from August 2025, who has excellent subject knowledge and who are able to contribute to continued improvements in progress and student attainment.

We expect all applicants to be well qualified, self-motivated, adaptable, imaginative, and keen to join a team that is committed to academic excellence.

The successful applicant will be required to have the following:  

• A B.Ed. or degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent with exceptional subject knowledge    
• Have proven experience of teaching primary level.
• A creative and enthusiastic approach, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents
• Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching
• Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events.
