Sales Representative

Roles & responsibilities
We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic salesperson to join our sports retail stores. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for sports products. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding shopping experience.

– Greet customers and provide expert product assistance
– Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets
– Develop strong product knowledge to support customer needs
– Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked
– Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
– Assist with inventory control, stock checks, and reporting
– Resolve customer issues with professionalism and positivity
– Support daily store operations as required
– Use Odoo or Microsoft NAV systems as needed for sales and stock management

Desired candidate profile
– Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (sports or fashion retail preferred)
– Relevant educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or similar fields
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage
– Ability to work well in a busy, team-driven environment
– Professional appearance and a positive, polite attitude
