Pre-KG Teacher

GEMS Modern Academy, Dubai is looking for  a passionate and dedicated Pre-KG Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Early Childhood Education: Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills.
• Classroom Management: Establish a safe, structured, and welcoming environment that encourages independence and positive behavior.
• Child Development: Support each child’s growth by incorporating play-based learning, sensory activities, and interactive storytelling.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and colleagues to create a strong support system for students.
• Assessment & Reporting: Observe and document children’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents and the school leadership.
• Parent Engagement: Maintain open and effective communication with parents through meetings, newsletters, and events to ensure a strong home-school partnership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Prior experience in teaching Pre-KG or Early Years is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for working with young children and fostering a love for learning.
• Familiarity with play-based and inquiry-driven teaching approaches.
