The Supply Chain team is seeking a qualified candidate with a strong delivery record and proven project and program management experience to own strategic and tactical, cross-functional operations projects associated with the launch of the new programs within the Trans Topology Planning scope. The candidate should posses high business acumen and strong analytical skills coupled with strong collaboration and influencing skills. The Trans Topology Planning PM will own scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, mitigating schedule risks, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and communication skills are essential.

• Own the Trans capacity planning charter inclusive of stations/sort center capacity management and metric reporting
• Accumulate data from different sources, conduct analysis, recommend solutions, build action plan and drive execution.
• Support Trans Operations team across AMET with capacity analysis and drive capacity execution with supply chain stakeholders.
• Foresee implications based on the projected capacity requirement vs available AMZL capacity in the region and come up with innovative and optimal storage solutions to support capacity storage requirements.
• Regularly audit the sites for operational conformance, norms of capacity planning and standard operating practices.
• Work with engineering design and Station/Sort Center launch project team to ensure all the design inputs are considered as per the standard requirements.
• Drive execution of critical capacity planning projects to enhance network capacity and optimize bin slotting changes.
• Drive special projects (program management) for the region to meet our business goals (i.e., low-cost storage, new SSD launches, pop-up EDSP launches, implementation of regional distribution centers, etc..)
• Problem solve with a high degree of ambiguity and operating in a rapidly evolving and changing landscape
• Collaborate and influence team members, work with internal and external stakeholders, and present projects to senior leadership on a regular basis

Basic Qualifications

– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
