DESCRIPTION
Join a dynamic payments organization that’s revolutionizing digital commerce across the Middle East and Africa. As a Partnerships Manager for our Payment Services team, you will manage strategic co-brand credit card partnerships in UAE and KSA while driving portfolio growth through effective cross-functional collaboration.
Key job responsibilities
Partnership Development & Management:
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic cobrand partnership opportunities in UAE/KSA
• Lead end-to-end partnership negotiations, including commercial terms and contracts
• Manage existing partner relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction and program growth
• Regular engagement with senior stakeholders at partner organizations
• Drive quarterly business reviews and annual planning with partners
Program Performance:
• Collaborate with Product team to optimize program performance and P&L
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to partners
• Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with partners
• Identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships
• Track competitive landscape and market trends
Cross-functional Leadership:
• Work closely with Product team on proposition development and enhancement
• Coordinate with Marketing on campaign execution and performance
• Liaise with Legal/Compliance on partnership agreements and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with Operations on partner integration and service delivery
• Partner with Analytics team on performance reporting and insights
About the team
Our Payment Services team operates at the intersection of technology and financial services, serving over 3,000 merchants across multiple markets. We’re a diverse group of professionals focused on creating innovative payment solutions while maintaining the highest standards of security and customer experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of professional or military experience
– Strong track record in managing strategic partnerships in financial services
– Experience in credit card industry preferred
– Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
– Understanding of credit card economics and value drivers
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
– Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
