Job Description:

We’re hiring a Telesales Executive to join our team in Ras Al Khor, Dubai.

This is a tele-sales role focused on cold calling and lead generation. The ideal candidate is energetic, results-driven, and confident in promoting and selling our diverse portfolio of services while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads
  • Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential clients
  • Promote and sell marketing, design, and subscription services
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up with leads, share proposals, and help close deals.
  • Maintain a CRM log of all calls, visits, and outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Share regular sales updates with the management team
  • Handle client inquiries with professionalism and care

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele-sales or cold calling
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in closing deals
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing/design services is a plus
