Overview
DESCRIPTION
As a Ops Business Analyst, you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of transportation at a pan-country level, owning the end-to-end process improvement for Network Losses. You will be working with various cross functions such as operations, continues improvement, Security, finance and legal to build visibility on losses themes and set up mitigation plans and follow on execution. You will define and implement taylor-made action plans to boost your Network performance and monitor success metrics on a daily basis.
Key job responsibilities
As Ops Business Analyst, you will have autonomy in shaping the role and the window to bench mark processes across global Amazon geographies. You will solve Amazon most complicated problems by analyzing data, auditing sites and deep diving process gaps.
A day in the life
RoW Network Losses is part of RoW programs; an org that looks into reducing losses occurs due to operational defects across Rest of World market places. Our discipline is defect reduction in nature, but coated with an abuse mitigation flavor.
About the team
Process – we learn all fulfilment and reimbursment processes to be able to identify root causes and prpose solutions.
Logic – We build certain logics that detects the root causes once/before they occur.
Data – We depend on data to create deterministic signal and take decisions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Project management/Process improvement/Quality control background.
2. Proficient in MS Word, excel & PowerPoint.
3. Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Basic awareness of SQL.
