This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and technical environment. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of driving operations, process fixes, and strategic initiatives to completion. The ideal candidate is motivated, optimistic, and agile, with strong time management skills.

Key job responsibilities
– Work closely with the Central FC Network Loss Program Team, Operations (Inbound, Outbound, Customer Returns), Packaging, RBS, FBA Reimbursement, Data Analyst Teams, CTS, S&LP, ACES, Vendor Managers, Metric SMEs, CBW, ICQA, and Tech Teams to implement initiatives related to tech enablement, standardization of metrics, processes, policy reviews, and review mechanisms.
– Analyze deviations from ideal processes and develop strategies to minimize losses triggered by operational misses.
– Partnering with ICQA Data Analyst Teams and AOP (NL Analytics Team) to develop/enhance p0’s and tools aimed at tracking/improving compliance misses that lead to losses in addition to improving the accuracy of loss reporting.
– Collaborate with regional SMEs to reduce losses related to concessions based on top root causes and develop input metrics to track for further performance enhancement.
– Lead WBRs and regularly report progress, challenges, and opportunities in network loss reduction to the Central FC NL manager/senior leadership.
– Adapt and implement best practices from other markets to local marketplaces.
– Traveling across the AMET region when needed to continuously conduct Kaizen and ensure there are continuous improvement mechanisms built in KSA, EGY, TRY, UAE, and South Africa.
– Partner with ICQA research analysts for any deep dives required to get further clarity on root causes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
