Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Blow Molding Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining blow molding machines, ensuring smooth production runs, and meeting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate automatic and semi-automatic blow moulding machines (e.g., extrusion, injection stretch blow moulding).
Monitor machine parameters and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
Perform routine checks and maintenance on machines to minimize downtime.
Inspect finished products for quality, including size, shape, and wall thickness.
Identify and troubleshoot production issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all health and safety guidelines.
Keep production logs and report any defects or machine issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
Prior experience in blow molding operations (minimum 1 year preferred).
Familiarity with plastic processing techniques and molding equipment.
Basic mechanical skills and understanding of machine operation.
Ability to read and follow technical instructions and production schedules.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
