Job Summary:

What does this role aim to achieve in the firm/what impact does the role create 

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing business requirements and working with other delivery teams in designing effective technical solutions. 

 

Your role involves gathering and translating business requirements and translating into high level technical specifications, collaborating with development/delivery teams to create and implement solutions, and ensuring that these solutions meet performance, security, and usability standards. You also will have an input into delivering insights to drive innovation and efficiency. 

 

Your expertise will be crucial in aligning technology solutions with business objectives and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily tasks and delivery expectation 

  • Review and prioritize incoming requests and tasks from stakeholders and delivery teams.

  • Arrange and manage meetings with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.

  • Identify areas for solution improvement or optimization.

  • Update and maintain documentation related to solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

  • Address and resolve any issues or roadblocks encountered during solution development or implementation.

  • Deliver high-quality solution documents within agreed-upon timelines, meeting project deadlines and milestones.

  • Ensure that all capabilities and solutions accurately reflect business requirements and technical standards.

  • Provide solutions that meet or exceed performance, security, and usability standards.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.

  • Produce comprehensive and clear documentation that supports solution recommendation/implementation, troubleshooting, and future enhancements.

  • Continuously seek and propose innovative solutions to enhance system functionality and address emerging business needs.

  • Proficiency with relevant software tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, ERP systems, database management systems) is desirable

  • Competence in analyzing data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes.

Required Language Skills:

Proficient in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plus

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Certifications by professional technology institutes is desirable.

Given the rapid evolution of technology, ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and best practices are essential. Participation in workshops, seminars, and obtaining certifications relevant to emerging technologies can enhance expertise and credibility in the field.
