Description

The Learning Associate works with their Country L&D manager, Operations Managers, Area Managers, Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Managers, Dispatchers, Drivers and Warehouse Associates to coordinate all training related activities for the site. The individual in this position will provide ground level training facilitation and administrative management. The Learning Associate will play an integral role in ensuring all operations compliance training for the sites is maintained, as well as ensuring all training documentation and daily expectations are accurate, completed, and up to date. The Learning Associate is assigned to the Learning Department and will manage specific responsibilities to that department.

Key job responsibilities
• Coordinate and facilitate all training related programs (up to but not limited to 50 members in a session)
• Track performance including learning curve and quality and implement appropriate performance improvement initiatives to support improved performance
• Monitor adherence to all established training programs to ensure standard work is achieved and implement new tactical and strategic projects
• Create training documents; utilize various software such as Articulate 360, Photoshop, video editing to design effective training content
• Execute plans to close gaps in the developmental needs for individuals and groups
• Partner with program managers and leadership teams to update training documents, implement process change and ensure site adoption of process changes
• Create internal dashboards and use them to report training progress and KPIs in daily and weekly leadership calls.

Basic Qualifications

– Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
– Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
– Travel to different stations in the shift or during the week is required as per business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
– Knowledge of Photoshop, video editing, and related tools
– Operations knowledge
– Previous experience as a trainer, prior training, teaching or presentation experience
– Willingness to work in different areas as required by training needs
