Inclusion/SEND Teacher (Secondary) – August 2026

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Secondary SEN Teacher to join our Inclusion Department in August 2026. Due to continued growth in student enrolment, our Inclusion team is expanding.

• A B.Ed or a subject-relevant Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent)

• SEND/Inclusion-specific qualifications

• Proven experience teaching and supporting secondary-age students with additional learning needs

• Strong understanding of inclusive practices and the ability to implement effective support strategies

• A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with colleagues across departments

• A commitment to ongoing professional growth

• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for inclusive education

• Strong IT and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students and parents
