OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

• Report on work in uniform and on time.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in allotted period of time on the inspection schedule.
• Perform all assign task by Housing Housekeeping Supervisor & Housing Manager.
• Review daily Buyout task assignment sheets and have operational allocation as per instructions.
• New arrival room’s preparation as per assign list and clear all check out room.
• Coordinate and monitor daily pest control operation and look after daily assign room.
• Make daily pest control report and submit to housekeeping supervisor/Asst Housing manger.
• Maintain all housekeeping daily usage equipment’s and keep all of them up to standard.
• Perform monthly equipment audit report and share with housekeeping supervisor.
• Check daily chemical stores and maintain stock up to standard.
• Share monthly housekeeping requirement list with housekeeping supervisor.
• Maintain daily housekeeping operation record and share all check lists with housekeeping supervisor & Asst Housing Manager.
• Attend daily housekeeping buyout briefing and check their duty roster and hygiene level.
• Provide essential housekeeping training to housekeeping buyout staff & coordinate with Buyout Company.
• Report all malfunction of equipment, damage on the building or any breakage in the associate Housing.
• Help monitor the Rules and Regulations of the Associate housing and report any violation to the Housing Manager.
• Perform housing room inspection as per assign list and standard and share inspection report with Housekeeping Supervisor & Asst. Housing Manager.
• Audit daily all housing common areas and share weekly inspection report to Housing Manager.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the public areas/hallways / toilets and other areas concern at all times.
• Ensure that all the preventive maintenance, are reported to the Maintenance Supervisor for proper disposal.
• Participate and help in the preparation of all recreational and social events at the Housing Sports activities.
• Adopt and maintain friendly manner with all the Housing Associates.
• Help in the periodical general cleaning and vacated rooms and other extra responsibilities.
• To ensure high quality of hospitality and positive concern to each associates.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Housing Manager.
• Maintain all housekeeping stores up to standard all the time and have random inspection to keep safety measures.
• Assist housing team & associate for Isolation or medical situations.
• Coordinate daily with housing admin to have updated list of check in/outs.
