We are seeking an outstanding Head of the English Department to join our team for the academic year 2025-2026.

Successful candidates will need to:
- A bachelor’s degree in English with a B.Ed. or a subject-related degree with a PGCE/PGDE (preferred).
- A minimum of four years of qualified teaching experience in secondary English, including a leadership role
- GCSE level teaching required, A-Levels preferred.
- Experience teaching GCSE English (A-Level experience preferred)
- A passion for career growth, leadership, and sustainability.
- The ability to share best practices and inspire excellence
- Strong IT and interpersonal communication skills to engage with students and parents
