Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Foundation Stage Teacher to join our team at GEMS Founders School, Dubai South!

At GEMS Founders School, Dubai South, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional early years education that nurtures and supports young learners in their formative years. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic Foundation Stage Teacher to join our team and help create an inspiring and safe environment where children can explore, grow, and thrive. The Foundation Stage Teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment, fostering a love of learning and preparing students for Key Stage 1.

Skills

 

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • Experience: Previous experience teaching in the Foundation Stage or early years setting is highly desirable.

 

  • Skills:
    Deep understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both students and parents.
  • Ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of the English National Curriculum and/or international teaching practices is a plus.
