DESCRIPTION

Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our FBA MENATR team to lead cross-border inventory movement initiatives and SEND arcs launches from out of country (OOC). This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for efficient inventory movement across countries while ensuring compliance with regional regulations and maintaining operational excellence.

Key job responsibilities
– Lead the launch and optimization of SEND arcs from out of country (OOC), working closely with global teams and regional stakeholders
– Develop and manage cross-border inventory movement strategies, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring
– Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory movement across countries
– Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Tech, Carriers, FCs, Customs, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
– Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cross-border operations
– Prepare and present regular performance reports to leadership
– Lead project implementations and process improvements across multiple countries

About the team
Amazon (FBA) is a service that allows businesses to outsource their order fulfillment to Amazon. Sellers send their products to Amazon fulfillment centers, and when a customer makes a purchase, we pick, pack, ship, and provide customer service for these products. FBA helps sellers scale their business and reach more customers while leveraging Amazon’s world-class fulfillment network and customer service infrastructure. The FBA MENATR team is dedicated to growing and optimizing the FBA business across the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey region, focusing on improving selection, operational efficiency, and the overall seller experience. We work closely with multiple stakeholders including sellers, carriers, fulfillment centers, and various internal teams to ensure seamless operations and continuous growth of the FBA program in the region.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
