EYFS Leader – August 2025

We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring leader to become the Strategic Lead for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) – a pivotal role leading both FS1 and FS2 and teaching within the phase, starting in August 2025.

GEMS Royal Dubai School (RDS) – a vibrant, Premium British School currently serving FS1 to Year 7 – is expanding to Year 8 in August 2025 and growing annually to Year 13. As our EYFS Strategic Lead, you will:

•      Inspire a culture of excellence, positivity and ambition within your team
•      Drive outstanding teaching and learning across the EYFS phase
•      Lead by example – mentoring, coaching, and developing others
•      Use data to inform strategy and elevate outcomes
•      Partner with parents and staff to create a thriving Early Years community
•      Ensure smooth transitions into FS1 and beyond into Key Stage 1
•      Play a key role in school improvement and curriculum development
•      Be a visible and valued leader, contributing actively to the wider school culture

We are looking for:

•      A confident and skilled Early Years teacher and leader, with significant previous experience in a similar setting
•      Committed to delivering exceptional outcomes through innovation and best practice
•      Data savvy, reflective, and driven by impact
