We’re expanding our team within Amazon Operations! Join our team family and contribute to the success of our operations in DXB6!
We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join our team family. The ideal candidate will oversee inbound, outbound, and Sort Center activities, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
Key job responsibilities
– Manage daily operations for inbound, outbound, and Sort Center processes
– Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures
– Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
– Identify and implement process improvements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
– Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Basic Qualifications
– 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
– Bachelor’s degree, or High school or equivalent diploma
– Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays. Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
– Work 40 hours a week
– Candidate has to have strong inbound and outbound from our core FCs “Step up”, and knowledge of Sort Center activities, demonstrating bias for action and managing external stakeholders, strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. Excellent excel skills, automated tools and dashboards.
