How You’ll Contribute_x000D_

As an Experience Manager – PwC Experience Centre , you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery
and quality of all experiences in the Experience Centre (EC) during a temporary cover period.
This role will act as the day-to-day manager for the Experience Centre; ensuring continuity,
quality excellence and consistency across:
• Client and internal leadership tours
• Workshops and events
• Studio-based experiences

The role combines strategic oversight, client-facing leadership and hands-on execution, working closely with internal PwC teams, external vendors and production/AV members. The role will be primarily based in Dubai, with travel to Riyadh as required to support Experience Centre engagements.

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Experience Centre Tours
    • Host and lead strategic tours of the Experience Centre, tailoring conversations to client sectors and business challenges
    • Serve as a compelling storyteller and tech-savvy presenter, comfortable engaging Csuite stakeholders
    • Conduct thorough pre-tour preparation, including researching clients, coordinating demo readiness, and tailoring visual assets to ensure every visit is personalized
    • Liaise with internal PwC teams to align on digital assets, demos, and tech showcases to be presented during each tour
    • Ensure seamless orchestration and delivery across all Centre spaces (The Difference,Studio, EmTech Workshop, Theatre and other spaces)
  • Experience & Event Oversight
    • Provide end-to-end oversight of all Experience Centre events, workshops and experiences – ensuring consistent quality, storytelling and delivery – while working closely with the EC Operations & Experience teams
    • Act as the primary point of accountability for EC operations during live events and engagements
    • Ensure experiences align with PwC and client brand standards, expectations and strategic objectives
  • Creative & Experience Design
    • Oversee the design and curation of end-to-end experience journeys across physical, digital and hybrid formats
    • Review and guide creative briefs, storyboards, agendas and experience flows in collaboration with EC Experience team members and PwC cross Line of Service (LoS)
    teams
    • Ensure every touchpoint – from arrival to exit – is intentional, creative and impactful, creating memorable experiences for clients
    • Encourage innovation in event experience design, including the thoughtful use of emerging technologies (e.g. GenAI, immersive tools) 
  • Studio, Production & AV Management
    • Manage Experience Centre studio events in close collaboration with EC production and AV team members
    • Oversee technical readiness, rehearsals, run-of-show and production timelines
    • Act as the escalation point for onsite troubleshooting and decision-making during live events

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a confident, client-facing Manager who combines creative thinking,operational rigor and calm leadership under pressure.

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including large scale project management, innovation spaces or hospitality-led environments
• Proven experience leading complex and high-profile end to end client engagements
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
• Strong public speaking skills
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and high quality output
• Digital savvy, with knowledge in applying emerging tech tools and experience-led innovation
• Familiarity with PwC’s services and client industries is a plus
• Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus
• Ability to work extended hours during live events as required
• Travel to Riyadh as required
