The PwC Dubai Experience Centre team is expanding!
We’re looking for a passionate, all-rounder professional who can lead event experiences and bring creativity to life. Since opening in September 2020, the Centre has become a hub for co-creation and innovation, where we imagine, design, and build immersive digital tools and human-centric experiences. It’s part of PwC’s global network of Experience Centres, and the latest addition to the region.
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Associate to lead end-to-end event experiences, both creatively and operationally.
The ideal candidate will play a dual role:
Creative designer of client engagements and workshops
Lead organiser of events and experiences, managing logistics, vendors, and execution
You’ll work directly with PwC teams and clients to deliver outstanding, memorable events that reflect our commitment to innovation and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Experience Design
- Develop and shape creative briefs and storyboards for strategic workshops and events whilst brainstorming with Experience Centre lead and other members in the team
- Collaborate with PwC Lines of Service (LoS) to design personalized, interactive and memorable visitor experiences
- Lead the design and execution of experiences across various formats: physical, digital and hybrid
- Personalize the full visitor journey at the Experience Centre: from check-in to exit, including environment props, videos, digital assets, print materials, etc
- Drive innovation in the design of digital and personalized experiences presented to clients
- Facilitate specific activities of “The Difference” events/workshops as needed, such as icebreakers or interactive sessions
- End-to-End Event Management
- Own and lead events from initial concept through execution in the Experience Centre and at external venues (only in rare occasions)
- Be the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors (catering, production, agencies, etc.)
- Oversee event logistics, operations, and AV setup – ensuring high-quality and on-brand delivery
- Oversee event design quality across different mediums: print and digital
- Be present onsite to manage execution and troubleshoot in real time whilst working directly with other team members from AV, Operations and PwC LoS members organizing the event
Candidate Profile
- We’re looking for someone with a blend of creativity, event management excellence and a client-first mindset:
- Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience, with at least 1–2 years in event management, preferably in hospitality
- Strong creative flair and ability to think outside the box
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal

- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Tech and digital savvy; familiarity with GenAI, XR, or emerging technologies is a plus
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop is preferred
- Flexibility to work extended hours based on event needs
