Deliver strategic and operational advice for public sector entities and regulators, including large-scale transformation programs, localization agendas, and industry-wide initiatives

Advise on large-scale capital programs, privatization initiatives, and investment promotion strategies in regulated and open markets
-
Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and business planning to support client decision-making
-
Manage and oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery
-
Cultivate and manage relationships with senior executives, industry leaders, and government stakeholders

8+ years of relevant experience in top-tier management consulting or in-house corporate strategy roles
-
Demonstrated expertise in growth-focused engagements (beyond cost optimization), including growth strategy, new market entry, turnaround strategy, IPO readiness, and value creation
-
Proven track record in transactions and M&A, including commercial due diligence, joint ventures, integrations, carve-outs, and spin-offs – with the ability to link transaction work to long-term strategy
-
Sector experience across industrial manufacturing, automotive, defense, consumer, mobility, and construction, ideally within the Middle East region
-
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, including localization agendas, sovereign wealth fund investment priorities, and regulatory environments
-
Experience working with both private sector operators and public sector entities, supporting transformation programs, market-shaping initiatives, and national growth agendas
