Overview Of The Role:
- The CRM & Customer Data Manager is pivotal in leading AI-driven initiatives to enhance customer data management, personalization, and lifecycle engagement. The role emphasizes leveraging CRM and data analytics to improve customer experiences and engagement strategies. You will collaborate closely with lifecycle managers and marketing teams to support customer-centric strategies, especially for UHNW clients, ensuring data governance and privacy compliance are maintained throughout. Success in this role involves driving the integration of AI with CRM platforms to achieve outstanding customer engagement metrics.
What You Will Do:
CRM Development and Management
- Lead the development and management of CRM platforms and customer databases.
- Define and track CRM KPIs to measure effectiveness.
- Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations.
AI and Analytics
- Leverage AI and analytics to enable personalized communications and offers.
- Collaborate with lifecycle and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement.
- Develop AI strategies to enhance customer experiences and personalization.
Collaboration and Optimization
- Work closely with lifecycle managers to support UHNW client strategies.
- Enable marketing teams to utilize data effectively for customer engagement.
- Provide training and support to teams for utilizing CRM tools effectively.
Required Skills To Be Successful:

- Strong business acumen with ability to leverage data for commercial impact.
- Expertise in CRM systems, analytics, and AI-driven engagement.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic communication.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, or Marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM management, customer data, or analytics roles.
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms, AI-driven marketing, and data governance.
- Background in financial services or other customer-focused industries is preferred.
